This policy describes how OKWIN Brand Protection (reportingxchange.com) collects and uses information when you visit this site or submit an abuse report.
What we collect
- When you submit a report: the report content (URLs, screenshots, description) and the contact details you choose to provide so we can respond.
- When you visit: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, access time) for operations and abuse prevention. The site is served through Cloudflare.
How we use it
- To verify and process abuse reports, and build case files for the relevant platforms.
- To reply to reporters once there is an outcome.
- To keep the site secure and stable.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or share reporter information with third parties beyond case processing.
- We never disclose a reporter’s identity.
- We never ask for passwords, OTP codes or payment card details.
Retention and deletion
Case files are kept as long as needed for processing and repeat-offence monitoring. You may request deletion of your contact details at any time by emailing admin@reportingxchange.com.
