OKWIN Brand Protection is the brand protection function of OKWIN, operated by Camell. We are the point of contact for takedown and abuse requests concerning trademark infringement, brand impersonation, phishing and counterfeit use of the OKWIN brand.

How we operate
- Every report is verified before any action, to avoid wrongful takedowns of legitimate content.
- Every takedown request is accompanied by evidence: screenshots, URLs, timestamps and domain registration data.
- Reporter identities are kept confidential.
- We give no guaranteed removal timeline — the final decision rests with each platform.
- We never request passwords, OTP codes or payment card details.
